Fruity Delight Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 banana, cut in pieces
- ½ cup milk
Add ingredients together in a blender and blend mixture until smooth.

- 1 orange peeled and separated
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple with juice
