Grape Kiwi Goodness
Grapes don’t often find their way into fruit smoothies but in this case they meld well with kiwi. Together they provide you with many disease preventing antioxidants. This recipe makes two servings.
- 3 peeled and chopped kiwi fruits
- ½ cup of fresh or frozen grapes
- ¾ cup of 100 percent fruit juice (apple or grape works well)
- ½ cup of almond milk
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend the concoction until it reaches the desired consistency. To alter the taste of the smoothie try different flavors of juice.
Tropical Twist Explosion
Kiwis are tropical and so are pineapples so they work very well together in a smoothie. When you eat these two types of fruits at once you will receive a large helping of vitamin C, potassium, fiber and numerous other antioxidants. This recipe is good for one serving.
- 2 peeled and chopped kiwis
- ¼ cup chopped fresh pineapple
- ¼ cup low fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup 100 percent pineapple juice

Cantaloupe is a fruit that provides a complement to the kiwi. Together they work well together and the taste is very pleasing. - 3 peeled and chopped kiwis
- 1 ¾ cups chopped cantaloupe
- 1 cup low fat plain and vanilla yogurt
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend for approximately a minute. Blend until you reach the desired consistency for your smoothie.
