When you add spirulina to a green power smoothie you should feel better instantly!
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen)
- 1/4 cup orange juices
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp Spirulina powder
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend for a minute to a minute and a half (or until the drink is green and smooth in its appearance). This green smoothie recipe offers a serving size of 14 ounces.

- 2 bananas, frozen

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 inch ginger-root (or fresh ginger)
