1 cup water
vanilla extract to taste

AB Smoothie

The AB in this smoothie stands for almond banana. It is another simple banana smoothie recipe that is sure to please your taste buds.
2 bananas
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk

You may wish to add real almonds to this smoothie recipe if you want to increase the almond flavor in it. Place all ingredients in the blender and whip yourself up a banana treat!

Strawberry Banana Delectable Delight

2 medium bananas
2 cups of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of orange juice
1 cup spinach or other leafy greens
1 cup water

Combine together in your blender and then process until smooth.

Tropical Paradise Smoothie

1/2 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 ripe bananas
1 cup spinach or other leafy greens
1 cup water
1 cup ice cubes (optional)

Process in blender until smooth. It is your choice whether you wish to add ice cubes to your smoothie or not.
