- 1 cup fat-free plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 3’ cube soft tofu
- 1 cup strawberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
Place banana, tofu, milk and yogurt into the blender and blend until smooth. Add blueberries and strawberries. Blend until the consistency is that of a smoothie!
Strawberry Smoothie Delight
- 5 large strawberries
- 1 cup fat-free strawberry yogurt (substitute plain or vanilla if you would rather)
- Sugar free lemonade
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend for 60 seconds. Blend until the consistency you are looking for has been reached.

- 1 navel orange, peeled
- ¼ cup fat-free plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients in your blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pineapple Paradise Smoothie
- 1 cup low fat or light plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 5 to 6 ice cubes
In a blender combine the yogurt and the ice cubes. Blend together. Pulse as required until the ice is broken down into smaller chunks. Add the pineapple in next and blend the smoothie at the “whip” speed until it is smooth and creamy.

- 1 ½ teaspoons honey (optional)
