1 cup soy milk
2 cups pineapple juice
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons skim milk

1 cup low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup plant based milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
A few drops pure vanilla extract
3 to 4 ice cubes

2 kiwi fruits
1 ripe banana
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or another type of leafy green)
¼ avocado
½ cup water

1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
¾ cup plant based milk
1 large banana
2 tablespoons almonds
1 teaspoon honey or Stevia sweetener
2 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding the ice cubes last. Blend the concoction on high for 30 to 60 seconds. Check to see if the almonds have blended properly with the other ingredients.
