Why You Should Be Juicing Cabbage

One of the best vegetables for juicing is cabbage. Cabbage has a round shape and is composed of superimposed leaf layers. It belongs to the cruciferous vegetable family, a group of vegetables that includes kale, broccoli, collards and Brussels sprouts and has been found to have many health benefits for humans.
