1 Brussel Sprout
1 Cucumber
2 Oranges
1/4 Pineapple
5 handfuls of Spinach

Directions

Try to get the spinach through first by alternating a hard fruit/vegetable with the spinach as you feed it in. Process all ingredients in juicer. Shake or stir and serve over ice.
