•    Two Granny Smith apples (cored, seeds removed, and skin left on)
•    Two carrots
•    One navel orange (peel removed)
•    One tablespoon of aloe vera gel (found at local health food stores)

After juicing all the ingredients, you could enjoy this delicious drink as is or on ice.

Juicing Recipe – Two

•    Two cups fresh pineapple (peeled)
•    One green apple (cored, seeds removed, and skin left on)
•    One or two carrots
•    Two tablespoons coconut milk
•    One tablespoon aloe vera gel

This particular recipe is refreshing with its tropical flavors.

Juicing Recipe – Three

•    Two Bartlett pears (seeds and stem removed but skin left on)
•    Two carrots
•    Half a papaya (seeds and string removed but skin left on)
•    One-half-inch piece of gingerroot (shaved)
•    One tablespoon aloe vera gel

While some juicing recipes that improve overall health can be made and then stored for several days, this one is best when consumed immediately, with or without ice.
