Juicing Recipes For Fatigue

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?  Every day, millions of people drag through the day with little energy.  The problem with fatigue is that it can be caused by so many things.  For instance, fatigue could be associated with some type of health problem, whether minor or major.  In addition, fatigue might be connected to stress, as well as a busy life associated with working long hours, taking a heavy course load at school, raising young children, caring for elderly parents, and the list goes on.

Chronic fatigue is often associated with other issues such as depression, pain, poor concentration, bad diet, lack of sleep, etc.  Of course, the first step would be to see a doctor so any health-related problems could be identified and then properly treated.  However, whether fatigue is associated with health, stress, lifestyle, work, school, or something else, fatigue juicing recipes can help.  Proper nutrition is critical to good health but with busy lifestyles, providing the body with what it needs is not always easy.

Fatigue juicing recipes are ideal because the ingredients provide the body with the vitamins, minerals, and proteins essential to good health.  Keep in mind that while the two recipes provided use ingredients that are excellent when it comes to combating the effects of fatigue, many other food items can be used.  For instance, fatigue juicing recipes made using grapes, mangoes, oranges, bananas, pineapple, watercress, fresh spinach leaves, green leafy greens, and onions are delicious and healthy.

You can also add ginseng, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, licorice, rosehips, and many other herbs for flavor.  The fun part of using fatigue juicing recipes is that you can use any basic recipe and then with your own creativity come up with new recipes specific to flavors you enjoy most.
