Holiday Juicing Treats
The holidays are right around the corner, which means lots of delicious foods and holiday festivities. Unfortunately, another thing that comes with the holidays is increased waist lines. Between turkey, cranberry sauce, eggnog and sugar cookies, it’s hardly a surprise people gain a few pounds.
With all the novelty in food that comes with the holidays, you may find yourself struggling to find some novelty to create with your juicer for your yearly Christmas party. Luckily, we’ve got just the solution. Here are some holiday juicing treats to spice up your holiday parties.
Rudolph’s Holiday Yum
This simple recipe was named for it’s rich red color which is exactly the color you’d except Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer to have. Serves two.
- 2 cups of cherries
- 2 cored apples
Santa’s Elf Drink
We like to think that this is the drink Santa’s elves use when they’re burning the midnight oil wrapping gifts and they need a little boost. Serves four.
- 2 broccoli heads
- 4 cups of kale
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 lime
- 2 apples, cored
This recipe is one of our favorites. Goes great as a dessert after your thanksgiving meal.
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 0.5 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 tablespoons nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
