Treat Your High Blood Pressure With These Juicing Recipes

Many people do not know that they can treat their high blood pressure with juicing. While blood pressure doesn’t stay the same all the time, if your numbers stay above normal most of the time, you’re at risk for health problems. High blood pressure is a serious condition that can lead to coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, and a variety of other health problems. Nearly 1 in 3 adults in the United States has been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Many people have high blood pressure for years without knowing it.

Juicing certain types of fruits and vegetables can help you lower your blood pressure in a healthy, natural way. People who eat a diet rich in foods high in potassium, magnesium and fiber find that their blood pressure drops to healthier levels in a matter of months. The high potassium content in tomatoes helps lower blood pressure and improve heart health. Raw celery and spinach also contain certain protein compounds that help in controlling high blood pressure.
