1 medium-sized frozen banana
2 pineapple rings
5–6 ice cubes
1/2 tablespoon organic coconut oil
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut

Directions

In a large blender, crush the ice first. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well until the oil is mixed in. Consume soon after making for best results.
