4 celery stalks
2 kale leaves
Press the above ingredients through juicer. Pour into a glass or store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
Green Goodness Juice
2 celery stalks
3-5 big pieces of kale
Handful of parsley
Some fennel bulb or stalk
Handful of spinach leaves
1/8C pure water (optional)
Press veggies through your favorite juicer. Add 1/8C pure water at the end to extract rest of the juicing liquid. Pour into a glass. Serves immediately.
Beet Juice Recipe
1/2 med beet root
3 celery stalks
1/4 habanero pepper
1 green apple
Big handful of cilantro (with stems)
Squeeze of lime juice
Juice beet at the beginning to avoid beet juice dripping at the end, followed by the other ingredients. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
