Weight Loss Juicing Recipes

Green Health Cleanser

  • ½ bunch spinach
  • 2 big kale leaves
  • ¼ cup OJ
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 kiwi

Fennel Cleaning Extravaganza

  • 1 medium fennel bulb
  • 1 big handful parsley
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • fresh ground sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil on top

(makes approx. 20 oz)

Pink Flush

This pink grapefruit apple juice will not only help you to lose weight but it will also help to satisfy any hunger pangs you my have between meals. One serving of this natural juice is about eight ounces.

  • ½ pink grapefruit
  • 2 apples

Peel the grapefruit, leaving on as much of the white pith as possible. Break the grapefruit up into segments. Slice the apple into narrow wedges. Place all of the fruit into the juicer and then enjoy your drink.
