If You Like Lemonade, You’ll Love These Juice Recipes
Lemonade is one of the most popular drinks available during the warm spring and summer months. Unfortunately, lemonade purchased from grocery stores and fast food restaurants is often loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, or artificial sweeteners. For your health, it is much better to make your own lemonade at home with your juicer.
Lemon juice has strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting powers. Lemons contain many substances that promote immunity and fight infection, including citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene. Lemon juice also has cleansing properties that are hard to find in other foods. These properties make fresh, unsweetened lemonade great for detoxifying the body and losing weight.
These delicious lemonade recipes are both refreshing and good for you.
