Juicing fruits and vegetables is a great way to increase your metabolism and burn off additional weight. Citrus And Chili Juice Recipe


1 whole red chili
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
½ citrus
1 apple


Clean the chili and remove the seeds. Peel the citrus fruit and wash the apple. Mix the apple, chili and citrus in the blender / juice press. Then add the honey into the finished juice until it fully dissolves.

Carrot-Cinnamon Juice Recipe


8 oz. cold water
4 large carrots
2 stalks of celery (including leaves)
1 green apple
1 handful of spinach
1 teaspoon of lemon or lime juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
