Ingredients

1 Brussels Sprout
1 Cucumber
2 Oranges (peeled)
1/4 Pineapple
5 handfuls of Spinach

Directions

Try to get the spinach through first by alternating a hard fruit/vegetable with the spinach as you feed it in. Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Beginner Green Juice Recipe

Ingredients

3 Apples
4 stalks of Celery
1/4 thumb Ginger Root
1/2 Lemon (with rind)
1 Orange (peeled)
5 handfuls of Spinach

Directions

You don’t have to peel the lemon, but make sure you peel the orange. Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

3 stalks of Celery
1 Orange (peeled)
2 Pears
1 Sweet Potato
