It is back to school time and we thought parents might need a little energy boost and the kids might need a little immunity boost. Let’s face it the school years don’t get any easier and having a nice little juice in the morning is great for the whole family.
Here are some fruits and vegetables you can juice that help with the back to school drag.
Homework Blues Fixer
1- medium-size apple
½ cup of fresh blueberries
1 small yellow squash
1/2 cup of grapes or cherries.
You are going to love it.
As much Kale as you can stand
It’s not sweet but it is good for immunity and will give you a little energy for those tough school mornings. If you want to make it sweeter try some grapes. Just add until sweet enough for your taste.
