1 small to medium beetroot
1 red tomato
4 carrots
2 firm yellow pears
2 red apples
3 thick slices pineapple
4 Brussels sprouts
4 white or purple cauliflower florets
2 arugula (rocket) leaves
6 broccoli florets


Add all the vegetables and fruit to your juicer or juice extractor and juice. For the best results, add arugula, broccoli and cauliflower with carrots and apple.

Morning Call Juice Recipe


1 stalk broccoli
1/2 head cabbage
4 kale leaves


Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
