Fertility Juicing Recipes

•    Three hard Bartlett pears
•    One cantaloupe
•    One sweet potato

The great thing about this recipe is that while it works great for female fertility, it is also delicious to enjoy by everyone.  The key to this juicing recipe is to make sure the pears are firm but also ripe.  This particular fruit is rich in niacin, folic acid, riboflavin, and thiamin, which are excellent for the cardiovascular system.  In addition, pears are rich in vitamin C, potassium, phosphorus, and calcium.  You will also find that while diabetics have a difficult time with sugars from many fruits, the levulose in pears is easily tolerated.  While Bartlett pears are recommended, other types such as Anjou, Bosc, and Comice are also good.
