Recipe One

•    Two slices of watermelon
•    Three quarters pound of red grapes (seedless)

As you push these fruits through the juicer, it is imperative you use the watermelon rind.  Many people are unaware that the rind alone is loaded with protein, potassium, vitamin A, zinc, nucleic acids, chlorophyll, iodine, and enzymes that are good for the digestive system.  In fact, the meat of watermelon is what provides flavor while the rind offers 95% of the nutritional value of this particular fruit.

Recipe Two

•    Two yams
•    One beet
•    Two lemons
•    One slice of Spanish onion
•    One small slice of fresh ginger

All of these ingredients combined make a powerful cleanser that will help flush out dangerous things that have accumulated in the body over years.
